What is an eSIM and how does it work?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card built into your phone. It works exactly like a traditional SIM card, but there is nothing to insert or remove. The whole process: download the plan via QR code and activate.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most likely yes! Newer iPhones (XS and later), Samsung Galaxy (S series from S20), Google Pixel and most other flagships support eSIM. Check your phone specifications or contact us — we will help you choose.
How do I install and activate the eSIM?
Very simple: 1) Choose a country and plan. 2) Once you receive the QR code by email, open it on your phone. 3) Install the eSIM profile in Settings. 4) Activate when you arrive — done!
How long does activation take?
Activation takes 2-5 minutes. You can install the QR code on your phone right away, and activation happens when you arrive and turn on data roaming.
Can I use the eSIM together with my main SIM?
Yes! Most modern phones support dual-SIM — use your main SIM for calls and the eSIM for internet. You can also keep several eSIM profiles and switch between them as needed.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The checkout page shows all methods currently available. Usually that means bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other popular options.
What happens when my data runs out?
You can see your remaining data in your account ("My eSIMs"). When data runs out, buy a new plan — it installs just as fast. Top-up on an existing eSIM is not available yet.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, if the plan could not be activated for technical reasons — we refund 100%. Plans can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
